terrible appraisal gave million dollar appraisal for a house getting offers above 2 million and we paid way over appraisal price

Obviously has no experience with new construction. Appraised the home while under construction, used outdated valuations, and did not consider structural upgrades (finished basement with powder room) or updated comparable sales. Result was loss of mortgage and need for another appraisal. Strongly do not recommend unless you are looking for a low-ball appraisal.
