Appraiser called to see if we had a ladder he could use because he didn't want to load his truck and everything was load in his daughter car and she was at UT Dallas in school. Appraiser asked for us to redo our contact with seller. I called him back to see what he was asking for didn't get an answer so I sent a text message for him to give me a call. He replied back for what I'm busy today. ( Reminder he asked us for more documents to finish the home appraisal. Very unprofessional and unexperienced.
