Jim was 30 minutes late to our house and spent maybe 10 minutes running around it like he was definitely in a hurry. He got our information wrong on the appraisal--for just a couple examples, he said 3 bedrooms instead of 4 and 2 car garage instead of 3 just to name a couple. He does not return phone calls and did not have it done when he said he would. His appraisal value he gave our house was $60,000 less than what the county has us listed. His comparison properties were in completely different locations that had no comparison to our actual property. We have extra acreage and he has it valued at the same price we paid for it years ago. He cost us $500 and the chance to refinance. Would never recommend his services.
