This guy have no ideal how to pull comps or is to lazy to do so. His appraisal fell 50,000 dollar lower than 3 homes on my street with smaller lots and smaller square footage. The average selling price in my subdivision is low 200000. If he missed 50000 on a 240000 home who in the world would use him. Don't a respectable appraiser. I wouldn't be surprised to find out he has had a troubled past. Would never use him again. Feels like he just stole 425.00 of my money
