He appraised a property that has 1050 gross living space in county property records. He measured physically and came out as 864 gross living space. This is almost removing one bed room space from two bed room space reducing the value of the property $11,160 that represent 20% reduced value on my property. He has not explained how he measured and what is the value of his appraisal to have such discrepancy. His appraisal is worthless to be used for any financial purpose.
