She shows up late and complaining about how difficult it is to find the property. With a rude, unprofessional attitude, she spent 15min to complete the entire appraisal.
She promised to deliver the report in 2 days. However, we got it 5 days after. Furthermore,her report gave a very low value to my property, over 70-80k lower than all major real restate sites.
And guess what? She charges $600 for her 15min appraisal work on a 880sf unit. Unbelievable! Be ware of this dishonest, unprofessional appraiser. She will make a disaster in your property value.
