If you have a choice, stay away. Absolute hack job of an appraisal done on my home, even after I contested their faults and pointed out numerous errors, they only conceited a little and still cost me my refinance deal. And guess what? They still get paid either way. What a great business to get into, you can be wrong, lazy, unfair and still get paid and win repeat business. You've been warned...
