Mrs Parten came out to do an appraisal on my home. She said it would be done in 2 days. After the 7th day of little to no communication from her, she finally responded with a “ I’ve not had time to get to it, I’m trying.” Then after two more days of ignoring me knowing we had a deadline and the only hold up was the appraisal, she asked for a reassignment because I felt she could not be unbiased in her report. I had to be firm yet professional with her trying to explain that she had now caused me a hardship and she called my lender stating I was verbally attacking her. Asking for a phone call or text in a timely manner is not verbal attacking! I would not recommend her to anyone.
