Wish I could give negative numbers here cost us 10 grand and held us up for almost a month took payment on the 6th of June and we didn't close till the 08th of July had to file 4 different extensions just to keep the contract going. VERY VERY UN PROFESSIONAL.

Cost us a 5 day delay in closing because he was given the information 4 wks ago and still did not complete the requirements in time for closing. This cost us time and money but he still got paid at closing.
