We recently had an appraisal done on our home and dispute the comps that were used. Our home had been completely remodeled and this was not taken into account. Also, once I researched more into this appraiser it has come to our attention that the name on the appraisal was not even the man that came out. I don't see how this is legal considering his license was used for our appraisal. Very misleading and extremely unprofessional.
