Horrible appraisal. Used homes that should not even compare and did not use ones that should have. Then told me to see if Quicken would let him re-review the appraisal. They would not. 1 month later, I had an appraisal that came in $33,000 more. All I did was make my house as clean as possible and invested $7000 in the yard and had the exterior painted-all things that should not make a huge difference on a home appraisal.
