Not friendly, rude and not sure he knows what he is doing. If your looking for an Appraiser don't use this one. In 1998 house appraised for around $80,000 thousand dollars. then the state for taxes has house appraised at $110,000. Since then remodeled the kitchen about 6 years ago. this year I have had both bathrooms redone. Also closed in front porch. My house dropped in valve from $80,000 to $67,000. House has detached garage, two storage sheds and 3 1/4 acres. So again not sure if this guy knows what he is doing. Recommend that you do not use Woodall Appraiser service.
