I paid $850 for a residential appraisal. Mr. Floyd shorted me out of over 650 square feet, 1.5 bathrooms, and used incorrect comps to arrive at the contract price. I raised the square footage and bathroom issue with him. He changed the square footage, bathroom number, and comps, but did not change his appraisal one penny. A completely incompetent appraiser on all fronts! Do not use him!
