Called at 10 offering her to come early then 12 if she liked as our earlier appt had been cancelled. She paused and flatly said I have other appts and I have scheduled at 12:30 told her no problem.
She arrived promptly at 1230 said her name, purpose of her business and told me she will start outside (already starting her process) and that she is wear her mask when she comes in and “I’ll need u to do the same”…. Very matter of fact, very flat and cold. During her directions she made limited eye contact, not even a pause to allow me to introduce myself or even acknowledge anything she said. Before she stepped directly in the well groomed flower bed and affixed her measuring tape to the house. I asked if she could watch my plants she appeared to huff and said I’m won’t step on your flowers again. It even making eye contact. She then snatched the tape which wrapped around the large tropical foliage and gave it a tug. Before I could address her obvious disrespect of me and my property she asked me “is there a problem ma’am”?. I was so taken back of her entire vibe I paused….she asked again. I told her I feel her whole vibe is off, rude and very unprofessional…before I could give her examples she “that’s fine, I have a problem with u as well” well that’s obvious I responded. As she headed to her car walking in the extreme wet grass she said I’ll just send someone else….don’t bother I responded.
