I have been in the banking industry for 20 years and when I find a good appraiser I make sure I hold onto his contact information!! We lend on commercial real estate and we use Justin several time a month, especially for our more complex assignments.
He is a professional and my borrowers always reported positive feedback upon meeting him.

Terrific, reliable appraiser, and very, very friendly and professional towards our borrowers. We send Justin basically all of our assignments because we can count on him, and we have been counting on him since about 2009.
Our firm has 8-11 appraisers on our approved list, however, Justin is always our first option because of the quality and consistency of his work.
I agree with the last review just before mine about his office staff, lead by the office manager Christine, who is very friendly and nice to work with and pleasant on the phone.
If you need a great appraiser, call Justin.
