If you came here looking up this guy's name--you might be too late and spent your good money on his appraisal.  If not, hopefully, find an honest appraiser---ask your friends.  

This guy was inside our house and backyard--for 9 mins.  He acted like he was late for lunch or something.  He didn't ask too many questions.  When we offered an upgrade we did, he made some quip that he's been doing this for a long time. WELL...when we got our appraisal, he missed a bathroom, he had the wrong dimensions for our upstairs, and had the wrong heating system for our home.  He used comps that were a year old.

Guy spends two seconds at your home, does not accurately record features, then drastically undercuts your home value with no sound reasoning. Comps? Let me just pull up what is the most recent in the area regardless of style, upgrades, size, etc. This guy is the epitome of a slimy appraiser who just collects to do nothing.

After showing up 4 hours late, he spent less than 2 minutes inside our totally renovated house and appraised it way under sale price. The comps he used were 12 month old from over 1 mile radius, the comps were not full gut rehab homes,tried to  kill the deal for buyer and seller, never respond to any emails nor txt messages. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY !!! BE AWARE!!!
