We paid double to have this appraisal done to get the best service for our money. Ken just ran old comps of areas not even close to our home. He told us to provide information to give to him to increase the value. I thought that was his job. We hired a different appraisal company to provide a random appraiser. Bottom line he did his job properly and the value came in fair. Approximately $1,300.00 higher than Kens!
PS Kens does not have good people skills. Just a heads up
