We hired Kevin to do an appraisal on a property. He preformed the inspection and never contacted us afterwards…at all. We have called and left multiple voicemails and yet he will not communicate or return calls. It has been months and we still do not have the appraisal and are now behind in our court proceedings because of this. This is the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with. Avoid this person at all costs.

Kevin is a joke of an appraiser. Delay after delay with no little to no communication. The little communication that leaks through is an opportunity to blame others for his mistakes and shortcomings. He's allowed to behave like this because there is no repercussion. No one can do anything about it. Avoid him.
