Honestly, terrible experience. First of all, he doe not know to say hello or good by. Secondly, his experience in appraisal of properties is awfull, actually worst can't be I think.

First off was an hour early on the appointment time and then complained that he had to wait. He didn't ask any relative questions as to how new the carpet, paint, roof or basement upgrades were and didn't even appraise a aggregate patio. When asked why these items didn't increase the value of the home all he said is once he files his report he can't change it. Absolutely refused to acknowledge his errors even when the lender questioned the appraisal. Problem is...you can't avoid this buffoon because he's picked randomly so all you can do is add to his compliant file.
