La Cinda was very helpful in explaining how the appraisal process worked for the valuation of my home. She arrived on time and had already researched comparable properties in my neighborhood. The appraisal came in higher than I had expected had an outstanding experience, highly recommend!

If you would like your home to be appraised way below market value, use this appraiser. Four years our home appraised for $316,000, since that time, we have added over $150,000 to the home including hardwood, marble, heated 40X40 shop, all new gas appliances and landscaping. We received our appraisal from this individual at $304,000. I am very confused with all the upgrades how our home could lose $12,000. Her "comps" were not comparable at all. You cannot compare a ranch with almost 5 acres to a tract house on less than 1/4 acre. Extremely disappointed.
