This women went to my house during a divorce and appraised my house much much lower. It’s 2021 And with the home values should of been appraised much higher. She was influenced by my soon to be x-husband and his lies! Don’t use them!! She values my house at 330 and had Comparable houses with 1000 sq ft less then mine
