6/2018 MR. Parker was hired to evaluate a property int he kings gate subdivision in Farragut TN. 6 comps to include a recent sale of the exact same home that was appraised at 4240,000.00, placed our home valuation at Indicated cost approach at $156,427 and final at $188,500.00.Median sales 7-12 months at $194,750.00 and current three months were at $202,500.00

My suggestion is be very careful with the Evaluations Of Parker Appraisals.
