She was very difficult to work with and didn't seem to have an understanding of the market at all. She didn't understand the value of the home that I was trying to sell and based it solely on the last property sold in the neighborhood, completely ignoring the difference in quality and size of my house in comparison with the other home. My house was over 1,000 square feet larger than the other home and had 1.5 more bathrooms. It was absolutely ridiculous.
