This was tha absolute worst appraisal  ever no knowledge  of property home nothing. She actrually  had to ask what things were  very, very, unprofessional appraise less than taxes ASSESMENT with  over 75000 done in improvements . She was the biggest joke ever but I'm sure if she was selling property it would be worth 10 times her appraisal. BANK  REJECTED it and it was late besides And to top it off appraisal was less than half of appraisal  from reputable company 4 mths ago w more more improvements since
