Marc C Lowry is the most unprofessional appraisor. He lowballed the appraisal by over $30,000.00! THIS, OF COURSE, RUINED SALE. HE IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA,and instead of educating himself, he just crushed 2 families lives right before Christmas. Marc C Lowry is a horrible man. He certainly took our money though!!
