The man spent 10 minutes to assess our home. The thing is, he had appraised it 6 months earlier for over 168,000 and 6 months later, AFTER improvements were made for 145,000.00. He has no idea what the frig he is doing. Another appraiser came and appraised our home for over 179,000.00. If I could report him I would
