I recently had the displeasure of doing business with Mr. McCurdy. I found him to be relatively out of touch with the current marketplace in the Tulsa metro area and too proud to admit he's made a mistake. I would encourage you to contact your bank prior to an appraisal and request any other appraiser besides Mr. McCurdy, it will increase chances of a more pleasant transaction.
