Similar experience as the previous review here.  No mathematical calculation to derive value, just seemed to pick a number out of the air, which was illogical at best.  Significantly undervalued based on bad comps and no logical explanation.  Did not factor price per square foot into the estimated appraisal.  Appears to be incompetent and void of understanding home valuation variables in the community.  Stay far away!

Incompetent Property Appraisal Valuation

Appraised property at $56,000 lower than appraisal from 3 years ago and property values have increased 20% since then.  Completely incompetent and just throws out random numbers based on comps that aren't even similar.
