Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire this guy. If your lender assigns him to your property, request a new appraiser. This guy knows nothing about the neighborhood. This guy did an appraiser on my property and took the lowest comps. He was late every time and took forever to provide the report. This ended up screwing up the closing. I am a Landlord and have used many appraisers in the past - this guy is the absolute worst. Don't take it from me - All you have to do is CCAP this guy.
Learn from my mistake! RUN!!

This boy is a two time convicted drunk driver and has swindled countless people out of money and property including his own grandparents...
