RUN $FROM THIS PERSON. FIRST OF ALL AN AVERAGE PRICE FOR AN APPRAISAL IS 500-550. I PAID 625.00. I AM GETTING A LOT OF SHOWINGS BUT NO OFFERS SO I KNOW IT'S THE PRICE T(659,000) SO I ORDERED AN APPRAISAL BC I AM GOING TO LOWER THE PRICE BUT DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE ANY MONEY ON THE TABLE AND WANTED THE APPRAISALE IN HAND TO SUPPORT MY PRICE. OMG THIS IS MY PERSONAL HOME, BUT I AM AN INVESTOR AND BUY HOUSES EVERY YEAR. MICHAEL USED COMPS THAT WERE NOT EVEN SOLD, SO WOULD HAVE NO WEIGHT WITH A BANK AND HE MY HOUSE AT $758,000 WHICH IS WAY OVER!!!!!! ALMOST 40 SHOWINGS AND MOST ARE SAYING IT'S OVERPRICED NOW AND HE THINKS IT'S WORTH $758,000!!! I WISH IT WAS. HE ALSO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE USED A GENERIC APPRAISAL FORM AND NOT THE UNIVERSAL APPRAISAL FORM MOST ARE FAMILIAR WITH. THIS WAS A PERSON APPRAISAL AND DID NOT HAVE THE RULES OF A BANK BUT HE IS SOOOO LAZY, WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REMOVE THE COMPS THAT WERE NOT SOLD HE ARGUED AND REFUSED. DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
