Missed multiple deadlines to deliver the appraisals. Not responsive to calls or emails. Finally, after multiple contacts, told us he simply hadn't done the appraisals and we should hire someone else.

We drove in from out of town to meet him and paid him for an appraisal and he keeps saying he will get it to us the next day. We were just needing the appraisal as promised over a week ago. Today we called and he answered the phone with "Whoever this is F___ Y__ " and hung up. We had been very patient up until today. This is unprofessional. Unfortunately we paid up front by check.
