Mr. Neimeier was assigned to Appraise my home for Rocket Mortgage.  He was professional and timely.  It took a couple of days to get my homes Appraisal report.  I was absolutely stunned with his report.  My home has 2 bathrooms...he reported I only had 1!...my house has 5 bedrooms...he reported 4...I had a new Roof installed May 2020...my house was insulated in 2019/2020...updated electrical and plumbing 2020...new Shed built in the backyard...new furnace in the basement and on the 3rd floor...new walk-in Shower that was installed this past Winter...along with other updates...in the Appraisal he reported that my home had not had any updates in 30 years!!!  He Appraised my home at 65K...BULL!!!!!...I have tried to contact Mr. Neimeier but he is not returning my call.  I want to know why he minimized the number of bathrooms and bedrooms.  He put in the Appraisal incorrect information by reporting my home had no updates for over 30 years and really low-balled the value.
