came to house appraised property asked no questions indicated our home had no improvements for last 15 years, how did he come by this? listed only 2 acres we have 3, did not ask any questions however, we have a new roof thanks to Katrina. we have completely gutted our inside of our home, all new kitchen cabinets new bathroom, flooring, walls, we at once had only that old dark panel walls, moved utility room, moved kitchen revered it with the dinning room
