Myra is extremely unknowledgeable about real estate. She appraised my 3 bedroom, 1700sf house as a 2 bedroom, which completely undervalued it. Since the bank hired Myra, they stood behind her appraisal and I wasn’t able to refinance. Later I had it accurately appraised as a 3 bedroom, by very a knowledgeable appraiser.
