Mr. Jensen conducted an appraisal inspection on my home and AFTER he released the report requested a second inspection claiming that there was a "potential fire hazard" he noted during his initial inspection. When I requested for him to provide any State Fire Safety License or Permit that will qualify him to make an opinion, he refused to reply and kept insisting for a second inspection (at extra charge).
Also when I asked Mr. Jensen to append the report he issued to a "as is condition", he refused and but kept on asking for a send inspection. I am convinced Mr. Jensen is taking advantage of the benefits the Appraisal Licence gives him in order to benefit financially by making missleading and unsubstained claims.
