Not contact or appointment or phone call.  The critical error was when Pat
Cafaro said my 2 story house was a 1 story.  Caused a 3 month delay for a HUD audit.  I should not be charged for all the problems & stress for three months by her negligent oversite.  And lack of sight for not recognizing a 2 story from a one story.

* this reviewer had 1 - 2 dentists before.
