I wish this man had a never stepped foot on my property. Paul does not know what he’s doing and is probably one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. It’s appalling that this man is considered an appraiser. He presents and expresses that he is completely overwhelmed. He provided a completely erroneous report about my home and used incomparable OLD small different structured and non-updated homes (when he had the SAME EXACT NEW home and VERY similar others to compare to and that which he refused despite a senior executive of my lender appealing him to). His incompetence & unprofessional resulted in unnecessary frustration, waste of time and hold up of what would be a very simple refinance. I have submitted a formal complaint to the RI Department of Business Regulation and was encouraged to do so by my lender who found his erroneous appraisal as well as lack of professionalism and knowledge to be just as appalling, inaccurate and unprofessional.
