I am not sure if there is a lack of training or some ethical bias but there is something wrong with the appraisal done on my home.

It seems Paul M Jones cut and paste most of his appraisal on my property. I found 10 errors that could impact the final appraised amount immensely. Thanks to his inaccuracies we will have to go through a dispute process with the mortgage lender. An example of these inaccuracies would be that he has listed 4 bedrooms when in fact there are 5. Ridiculous. There are five rooms total on 2nd and third levels having both closets and doors, they are called bedrooms. This impacts home value, thank you Mr. Jones. You appraised our home at the amount we paid for it, only difference now is that we completed an entire third floor costing $100k. How could this be? The market values in our are have remained steady yet today you appraise our house at the same value as it was appraised three years ago when we refinanced, only difference now is we have added a third floor with two more bedrooms including a five piece master suite. Hmmm
