Phillip W. Edwards recently did an appraisal of our property in Canyon Mesa Country Club.  The appraisal was inaccurate and because he did not feel he had any comps, he low-balled the value of our home.  I have talked to the banker and a realtor and they agree that he does not have a clue what the values of homes are in Sedona.
