This guy tool 20 minutes and missed solar, took horrible pictures, took forever to get back the crappy appraisal. Then after he gave the appraisal to the Lender, had to ask me questions about the home he supposedly appraised. The homes he chose sold last year.

don't use this appraiser. Didn't go under the house to see that moisture barrier was non existant, dry rot on beams and rusted water heater. Reported the house was in great condition.
