Mrs. Alvarez, the Appraiser, called twice to cancel her scheduled appointment on Sunday, because of a birthday party for her "fiance" and changed the scheduled time on holiday Monday(October 12th). She failed to come up to the property(condo) and instead sent her fiance to capture photos of my condo. I did not meet her at all during the visit.
What lead me to write this review was that after a month and a half, Mrs. Alvarez FAILED to submit the appraisal report to the finance company causing me to fall out of the contract to refinance. I filed a compliant with my credit card company to recoup my $500 charge for the appraisal.
Very unprofessional.
