Excellent appraiser!!
I am a Realtor since 2000 and my buyer almost lost the contract because a horrible experience with a previous appraiser that after almost 3 weeks never turned in the appraisal and never returned any phone calls...
The lender canceled the horrible appraiser because o lack of service and put an order for a rush appraisal and Mr. Gomez was the assigned appraiser, he went promptly to the appointment, did his job very professionally and in less than 2 days the appraisal was on the lender's hands and Mr. Gomez save the contract!!
I recommend Mr. Gomez based on my experience and I will use his services in the future if I need it!!
