This appraiser made an error/did not fully describe the distance between a well and septic on my property. NUMEROUS attempts to reach him from both my lender and myself were not responded to. My loan refinance took almost 5 MONTHS to complete due to his lack of response to this issue. It was FINALLY cleared up thanks only to a local well drilling company who found the information required to close.
