The appraisal report That I  paid for didn't seem use the comparable properties in the report. The photos of the interior of my home in the report were of poor quality, dark and, inappropiately focused taking pictures of stuff as apposed to the room. He took pictures of abandoned heating equipment instead of was what is in use and in excellent condition. Did not take photos of the full walkup attic or the full walkout basement. He ignored outbuildings, hundreds of mature trees and that that you can keep large farm animals there.
