Mr. Huddlestun came out to our home to do an appraisal. He told us it would take 3-5 days. Paid him cash up front. He said he'd email me a receipt, but I asked him to write something out on paper.
I contacted him just short of a week after, and he said he'd been busy but was still working on it.
After two weeks, I again contacted him with no answer and no appraiser/
