Doing a refi on our home, had to call him for two days to get him to schedule, when he finally called we explained that the roofers were working the and would not be done until 5 the next day. He said no problem he could come out while they are there.
He wrote up our appraisal contingent on the roof being completed. Which when he left the roofer told him they were done and packing up. Took the mortgage company two weeks to track him down. Then he had the nerve to charge us another $125 on top of the $525 we had a,ready paid to come out and reinspect the house and release the appraisal based on the roof being done. Pure crap! He was a jerk when he was here both time,s zero personality.
