Unfortunately, Sally was assigned to us for a refi appraisal. She used comps that were well over 10 years older then our house and many other houses that were not even comparable. We had several realtors help contest with their knowledge about the comps and she would not even consider changing it. Needless to say, we got another appraisal which came in ELEVEN thousand dollars higher then hers. This is so ridiculous! Beware of her!
