This totally unprofessional company puts out appraisals without bothering to perform proper due diligence in order to give correct information on the subject property.

They refuse to look into blatantly incorrect statements in their faulty reports and then they simply delete the reports so you can no longer access them if you don't print them out.

The owner of the company coddles his inept staff rather than taking steps to correct mistakes detrimental to the public.

They should be forced to take more continuing education and also to take a class on proper customer service!

Name calling your clients when they see your mistakes is completely unprofessional!
