You can tell right away Scott knows the area and has alot of experience. He isn’t all closed off and A holeish like some of the other appraisers in this area. He accepts input like what upgrades you’ve put into the house before he makes his assessment . He looks to find fair value comps vs knocking your value down. He didn’t give me the best value as compared to other appraisers I've had, but he was so fair that it was easy to accept the appraisal he turned in.
