This appraiser was highly detrimental to me. I can't imagine anyone so negligent or incompetent to obvious facts so he must have been paid off by the other party. He appraised my house $250K more than another appraiser, more than the realtors and used comps that were clearly $200K higher - larger, newer, more bathrooms, finished basements and claimed my house had the same value. He doesn't understand that house prices go down when rates go up! DO NOT USE. 1 star is too much.
